SPRINGFIELD TEAMSCoach Pitch Softball grades 1-2, ages 7-8
* Not included in the rainbow league, exclusively plays against Gretna
* Uniform consists of a t-shirt provided by SYAA Softball - grades 3-4, ages 9-10 (11" ball)
* No infield fly rule
* No bunting
* No base stealing
* Runners can leave base when ball reaches the plate
* No advances on dropped third strike
* No intentional walks
* 10 players on the field
* 6 run max per inning (plus result of hit)
* Time limit of 1 hour and 15 minutes
* May borrow up to 3 players
* Must have 8 players to start game
* No negative cheers or chants at the other team (I.E. batter, batter, swing,)
* On over throws they get the base + 1
* The play is dead when the pitcher has the ball within 8' of pitching rubber.
