SYAA Board Member

The affairs of SYAA are managed by a Board of Directors with the number of directors to be no fewer than five and no more than nine. Each director shall hold office until the next annual meeting of the Board of Directors or until successors have been elected. The board meets monthly and has four general offices.

Duties of the officers are:

1. President - Shall preside at all meetings of the Board of Directors and to give generous time and effort to the goals of the organization.

2. Vice-President - Will preside at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the absence of the President and assist President with the administrative duties.

3. Secretary - Keep a record of all proceedings of the Board of Directors and to safely keep all books and documents belonging to SYAA except the books kept by the Treasurer.

4. Treasurer - To render and balance all accounts statements and inventories of monies received and dispersed and to keep an accurate account of these transactions.
